Encourage a bedtime routine with cozy stories and soft nightlights, making bedtime something to look forwards to. (Younger children should be aiming for 11-12 hours)

**5 Servings of Fruits and Vegetables**

Fuel your body with the nutrients it needs for optimal functioning.

Challenge your little ones to eat fruits and veggies of different colors, creating a vibrant plate of goodness.

 **2 Hours of Screen Time**

Balance your digital life with breaks to protect your eyes and mental well-being.

Limit screen time outside of schoolwork. Create tech-free play zones where creativity thrives! From building forts to crafting, let their imaginations soar without the screens.

**1 Hour of Physical Activity**
