My daughter is a new patient here and has been having heart issues she's 17, double vaccinated for the COVID 2 times behind my back by Dad, So those wondering. But this feedback is for Nicole Rorouke, if I'm spelling that wrong my apologies. Nicole was wonderful and handled me with finesse when I had a moment, she didnt lose her cool and was very professional. Then told my daughter it was ok, that I was being a Mom that I was worried about her 😭😭 Thank you again! I feel left unheard often in Dr's offices and it takes a Tribe. Thanks for stepping up she would have yelled at me the whole way home lol. You are appreciated. God Bless You 🙌
